Whiptail are the best if you are a scribe. They have the highest mill rate for Burning Embers, and give you a ton of Volatile Lifes. And it is also amazing because if you are the only one farming for them. If you use Gatherer or Gatherer2, for every 4 spots where there could be a Whiptail, there will be one up.
