Before first use, fully submerge your Lily Cup™ in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes. Learning to use your Lily Cup™ will take some practice at first, but with repeated use it will become easier and more comfortable.

Are you supposed to feel Lily Cup?

Can you sleep with a lily Cup?
