We absolutely love our sactionals, but I’m seriously disappointed that the fabric covers on the foam inserts aren’t waterproof or even water resistant. Liquids go straight through into the foam even if the spill is taken care of immediately.

When we first got the Lovesac sactional, the cushions were a little firm. But after sitting and laying on them for a couple of weeks they relaxed somewhat. For us, they’re comfortable. If you like softer cushions, you might want to go with the down blend or the Lovesoft cushion fill.
